The Intuitive Painting Workshop in Sayulita was wonderful!! Many of the participants had life changing breakthroughs. Some of the ideas, themes, and poems we worked with are as follows:

If you want to paint, you have to surrender………

“I had such a superb time at the workshop and I learned a number of helpful ways to sustain myself in a painting and trusting that the process of allowing and being curious will take me were I need to go.” CM
