A woman’s group is always based in the body. It is the feminine nature, to be in the body.
Unfortunately, we have come far from our own instincts, from knowing what we know, and hearing, and trusting that “small voice.” In the next six week group, we will re-listen to our heartbeats, to our body that knows its true voice and lean closer in to listen.
Within these weeks, feel free to write down your dreams, linger in nature, write in your journal, and cut out pictures.
Take this time for your self, make it sacred.
