As she began her painting, a member of the Intuitive Painting group began making little squares and little boxes. She was feeling hemmed in by her life, lots of schedules and other people’s time frames to keep up with. Where was the space for her? She wondered that as she backed up and looked at the painting.
Taking deep breaths, I asked her how she could create more space. After a few moments, she covered the whole paper over with white spirals, and then began, from there, to breath new life into the painting, begin anew, again.
